Exploring My Land in Nevada

Starting to put together the step-by-step plan for the 10 acres in Silver Springs. I will start with 5 acres and hold the 2nd parcel until I’m ready to use it—or sell it.

First, I must clear out the debris on the land. Here’s a video of the land and the nearby Lake Lahontan.

After the clean up, I will hire a drone lidar acquisition technician to capture the light detection range and photo data. Once done, it will be QCd and processed to provide bare-earth information necessary for my permaculture plans. In laymen’s terms, it’ll show me where to put stuff.

Since the winters are mild here at 4200’, I can start the clean up process in the next few weeks. I’ll be camping out there if anyone has the desire to join us. The wild horses and coyotes are awesome camping buddies, too.
